a demo listing's life, compressed to twelve seconds — the math is real ·

№ 01 · The appraisal

The average house has about $3,100 just sitting in it.

Here's what that looks like, walked room by room — the resale value of what a home owns and never touches.

It's not clutter. It's inventory.

  1. Act I · you

    You photograph it

One to eight shots, straight from your phone, bad lighting welcome. That's your entire job.

  2. Act II · us

We name it & price it

We recognize exactly what it is — model, condition, the details buyers search for — and price it at what the market actually pays.

  3. Act III · us

    It goes on the block

A polished listing goes live in front of 130M+ buyers on the biggest secondhand market on earth — under our seller account, never yours.

  4. Act IV · us

    We work the buyers

Every question answered, every lowball declined politely, while you sleep — and no buyer ever gets your name, number, or address.

  5. Act V · you

    You ship it once

Stick on the prepaid label, box it up, drop it off — ten minutes. The label comes out of the sale, never your pocket.

  6. Act VI · you, again

    You get paid

Sold once, delisted everywhere, paid straight to your bank through Stripe — itemized to the cent.

№ 03 · The bill

Free until it sells. Then one commission.

No subscription, no listing fees, no fine print in mice type. When your item sells, our commission is 30% — and it buys all of it: the pricing, the listing, every buyer conversation, the label, the delisting, the payout. If it never sells, the receipt on the right is your entire bill.

  • Paid straight to your bank through Stripe — itemized to the cent
  • One flat rate on any item, big or small — no tiers, no surprises
  • Withdraw any time before it sells — one tap, your items, your call
Start selling — it's $0.00

№ 04 · Questions

The fine print, in plain English.

01What does it cost?

Nothing up front. When your item sells we keep 30% and you keep the rest, minus the prepaid shipping label (carrier cost plus $0.10). If it never sells, you never pay a cent.

02Do I have to do anything besides take photos?

Almost nothing. You photograph the item — we identify it, price it, write the listing, and put it up under our own eBay and Unloadr shop accounts. No account to make, no listing to write, no buyers to deal with. You touch it once more only to ship it after it sells.

03What's worth sending in?

Items likely to sell for around $30 or more — electronics, instruments, cameras, sneakers, branded clothing, tools, collectibles. Below that, our fee and the shipping label would leave you with almost nothing, so we focus where the payout's actually worth your while. Snap a photo for an honest estimate before you commit to anything.

04How fast does it go live?

Usually within minutes — most items list automatically the moment we've priced them. Anything we want to double-check by hand, a real person reviews, usually within one business day. Either way we email you the second it's live.

05When do I ship, and how?

Only after it sells. We email you a prepaid label to print, you box it up and drop it off — about ten minutes. The label cost comes out of the sale, never your pocket.

06How and when do I get paid?

Once the sale is complete, your payout goes straight to the bank account you connect through Stripe. You can track every item and payout from your dashboard.

07Can I change my mind?

Any time before it sells. One tap on your My items page pulls it down — even after it's live — and if it never sells you owe nothing. You're only locked in once a buyer has actually paid.

08Is Unloadr US-only?

Yes, for now — shipping labels and payouts work within the United States only.

№ 05 · Your turn

Point your camera at it.

It's $0.00 to start — we don't make a cent until you do. Photos are the only hard part; we handle everything else until the money's in your bank.
