These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Unloadr (“we”, “us”). By using our website, shop, or services, you agree to these Terms. If you sell items through us, the Consignment Terms also apply.

1. The service

Unloadr helps people sell their things — we identify and price items, list them, handle buyers, buy prepaid shipping labels (the seller ships the item with them), and pay sellers out. We also operate a shop where buyers can purchase items we're selling on consignors' behalf.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure; tell us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Buying on Unloadr

• Each item is described and pictured as accurately as we reasonably can; items are generally used and one-of-a-kind.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. When you buy, your order is confirmed and the item is shipped to the address you provide — the consignor who owns the item packs it and sends it with a tracked, prepaid label we purchase for them.
• If an item arrives materially different from its listing, you're covered by the Unloadr guarantee (Section 4 below). Refunds are issued through our payment provider, Stripe, to your original payment method.

4. The Unloadr guarantee (returns & refunds)

Here is exactly how that works:

• Reporting a claim. Contact us within 3 days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date with your order details and photos showing the problem. Claims reported after the window, or without photo evidence, are not eligible.
• What's covered. Items that are materially different from the listing — the wrong item, undisclosed damage or defects, inauthentic goods, or missing parts the listing said were included. Items sold here are used unless stated otherwise: wear consistent with the stated condition grade, and flaws that were disclosed in the listing's photos or description, are not defects and are not covered.
• How claims are decided. We review every claim against the listing and your photos. Unloadr decides whether an item is materially different from its listing, and our determination is final.
• If your claim is upheld. You return the item and we refund the purchase price to your original payment method through Stripe, minus the cost of the return-shipping label we provide. Refunds typically arrive within a few business days of the return entering the carrier's network.
• Returning the item. We email you a prepaid return label. The item must be shipped back within 7 days of claim approval, in the condition you received it and with everything that came with it. If it isn't, the claim lapses and no refund is due.
• No change-of-mind returns. Every lot is one of a kind and priced accordingly. We do not accept returns because you changed your mind, it doesn't fit, or it isn't what you hoped — only because it isn't what the listing said.
• Fraud & abuse. False or exaggerated claims, damage that occurred after delivery, returning a different or altered item, or a pattern of abusive claims voids guarantee eligibility for that order and any future orders, and may lead us to involve your payment provider or law enforcement.

5. Selling on Unloadr

Selling your items through us is governed by the Consignment Terms, which cover our fee, shipping, payouts, your responsibilities, and what happens on the seller side when a guarantee claim is upheld.

6. Acceptable use

• Don't use Unloadr for anything illegal, or to sell prohibited, counterfeit, stolen, or unsafe items.
• Don't defraud, abuse, or harm other users, or interfere with or attempt to break the service.
• Don't misrepresent yourself, an item, or your right to sell it.

7. Intellectual property

The Unloadr name, site, and software are ours. You keep rights to the content you submit (like item photos), and you grant us the license needed to list, market, and sell your items and to operate the service.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that an item will sell, or sell at any particular price.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unloadr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability relating to the service is limited to the amounts that passed through your transactions with us.

10. Indemnification

You agree to cover claims and costs arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of someone else's rights.

11. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or suspend/close accounts that violate them. We'll post updated Terms here; continued use means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Unloadr operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
